Cancellation Policy
All coaching sessions are 60 minutes and begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the session. Scheduling Sessions must be booked in advance using the official scheduling link and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients are responsible for selecting a time that works for their schedule. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are considered forfeited. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, unless otherwise stated in a coaching agreement. True emergencies will be handled with discretion when communicated as soon as possible. Session Preparation Clients are encouraged to arrive on time, be in a quiet and distraction-free environment, and complete any requested pre-work in advance. Coaching is most effective when clients arrive present and prepared. Technology Sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for reliable internet access and a functioning device. Technology issues on the client’s end do not extend session time. Payment & Refunds All sessions must be paid in full prior to the session unless included in a coaching program or package. Coaching services are non-refundable, including missed or unused sessions. Scope of Coaching Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process and is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Agreement By booking a 60-minute coaching session, the client agrees to this policy in full.
